API & Backend Integration
Connecting your site or app to the services it needs - payments, auth, CRMs, databases, and third-party APIs, wired cleanly.
The Opportunity
A site becomes a product when it's connected
A beautiful frontend alone doesn't take payments, remember users, or talk to your CRM. Integrations are what turn a site into a working product - and they're where projects most often stall.
Manual work is a hidden monthly cost
Copying form submissions into the CRM, exporting orders by hand, reconciling data between tools - every manual bridge costs hours each month and breaks silently. A proper integration does it instantly and reliably.
Off-the-shelf services, custom glue
Most products don't need a backend written from scratch. Stripe for payments, Supabase or Firebase for data and auth, a headless CMS for content - the craft is connecting them cleanly, so you get reliability without the cost of a custom server.
Fragile integrations are worse than none
A payment flow that fails silently or a webhook that drops orders costs real money and trust. Error handling, retries, and monitoring are part of every integration here - not an afterthought.
Everything stays yours
All accounts - payment provider, database, CMS, analytics - are created under your ownership and billed directly to you. The integration code is documented and lives in your repository.
Solutions & Capabilities
Payments & Subscriptions
Stripe and other providers integrated end to end: checkout, subscriptions, invoices, and webhooks that don't drop orders.
Auth & User Accounts
Sign in with email, Google, or SSO; roles and protected areas - built on proven auth providers, not homemade crypto.
Databases & Backend-as-a-Service
Supabase, Firebase, or a custom API layer for storing and serving your product's data - modeled, secured, and documented.
CRM, Email & Automation
Forms and events flowing into your CRM, transactional email, and automation tools - no more manual copying.
Webhooks, APIs & Monitoring
Third-party APIs and webhooks integrated with retries, error handling, and alerts - so failures are seen, not discovered.
What can be connected
A non-exhaustive list - if your service has an API, it can most likely be integrated.
Stripe / Paddle
Payments, subscriptions, invoices
Supabase / Firebase
Database, auth, file storage
HubSpot / Pipedrive
CRM: leads straight from your forms
Resend / Mailchimp
Transactional email & newsletters
Sanity / Strapi
Headless CMS for content
GA4 / Amplitude
Analytics & event tracking
Telegram / Slack
Order and lead notifications for the team
Zapier / Make
Automation between tools without code
Stages of Work
Free consultation
A call to walk through the project and pin down what's actually needed before any work starts.
Contract & deposit
A contract is signed and a 50% deposit is collected - work begins right after.
Architecture & accounts
The integration plan agreed; service accounts (payments, database, CMS) created under your ownership.
Build & testing
Flows built and demonstrated on a staging environment - with error handling, retries, and unhappy paths tested end to end.
Launch & handover
After full payment, everything goes live under your accounts; keys, access, and billing are fully transferred to you.
Documentation
A clear map of every integration - what talks to what, where the keys live, and what to do if something fails.
Outcomes
The project ends with a product that actually works end to end: payments that charge, forms that reach the CRM, users that can sign in, and data that flows without manual copying. Every integration has error handling and monitoring, every account is owned by you, and the documentation explains the whole map - no dependence on a single developer.

FAQ
Can you integrate with a site you didn't build?addremove
Yes - most integration work is exactly that. Whether the site runs on Next.js, Webflow, or another platform, the audit stage maps what exists and the integration is built to fit it.
Do I need a custom backend?addremove
Usually not. Stripe, Supabase, Firebase, and a headless CMS cover payments, data, auth, and content for most products. A custom API layer is added only where off-the-shelf services genuinely fall short - it keeps the cost and maintenance down.
What ongoing costs should I expect?addremove
Only the services' own plans, billed directly to you: Stripe takes a percentage per transaction, Supabase/Firebase and CMS plans are often free at small scale. There's no monthly fee to me for a finished integration.
What happens when an integration fails at 2am?addremove
It tells you. Every flow ships with error handling, retries, and failure alerts, plus documentation that says what the alert means and what to do. For critical flows, a support arrangement can be agreed separately.
How does payment work?addremove
Single integrations are 50% deposit and 50% on delivery. Larger projects can be split into stages - per integration or per sprint - so you pay as approved work is delivered.
Who owns the accounts and keys?addremove
You do, from day one. Payment provider, database, CMS, and analytics accounts are created under your ownership; after the final payment all keys and access are fully in your hands.
