Website Redesign
A structural rethink of an existing website — fixing what loses users and modernizing the design without losing what already works.
The Opportunity
A dated interface quietly costs conversions
Visitors judge credibility in seconds — outdated visuals, cluttered layouts, and slow flows send them to competitors before the offer is even read. A redesign closes the gap between how good the product is and how good it looks.
A redesign is a chance to fix the structure, not just the paint
Years of ad-hoc additions leave sites with tangled navigation and duplicated pages. A redesign rebuilds the information architecture around how users actually move today — and documents it in a design system so the site stays consistent after launch.
Solutions & Capabilities
UX Audit of the Current Site
Reviewing analytics, user flows, and page structure to pinpoint exactly where the current site loses users.
Information Architecture Restructure
Reorganizing navigation, page hierarchy, and content so users find what they need in fewer clicks.
Visual Modernization
A fresh, on-brand visual language — typography, color, and layout — that keeps recognizable brand equity intact.
Design System Consolidation
Replacing accumulated one-off styles with a unified component library, so the redesigned site stays consistent as it grows.
Gradual, Page-by-Page Rollout
Redesign delivered in stages that can ship independently — the live site keeps running while sections are replaced.
Stages of Work
Free consultation
A call to walk through the project and pin down what's actually needed before any work starts.
Contract & deposit
A contract is signed and a 50% deposit is collected — work begins right after.
Audit of the current site
A review of analytics, content, and structure of the existing site, plus research into the business, audience, and competitors.
New design concepts
Key sections redesigned and shown side by side with the current versions, with revisions made before the rest follows.
First page, approved
One full page taken to final design and signed off — the template the rest of the site builds on.
Remaining pages
The rest of the site designed following the approved template and style.
Responsive & prototypes
Every page adapted across breakpoints, with a clickable prototype to test flows before development.
UI kit & style guide
Components, tokens, and rules for spacing and states, documented for a clean handoff to development.
Final payment & handoff
Once the remaining balance is settled, all files, the style guide, and the prototype are delivered.
Outcomes
The redesign ends with a modern, structural interface that keeps your brand recognizable, a cleaned-up information architecture users can actually navigate, and a documented design system that replaces years of accumulated one-off styles. Everything is handed off in Figma with a clickable prototype — ready for development, page by page or all at once.

FAQ
What do I need to provide before the redesign starts?addremove
Access to your current site and its analytics if available, brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), and 2+ reference sites you like. Existing texts and imagery are reused where they work — gaps in content can be scoped into the project.
How does payment work?addremove
On smaller projects it's a 50% deposit and 50% on delivery. On larger, long-term projects payment can be split into stages — per page or per sprint — so you pay as approved work is delivered rather than in two big chunks.
Will the site keep working during the redesign?addremove
Yes. The redesign can roll out page by page — the live site keeps running, and sections are replaced gradually as they're approved and built.
What happens after the design is done?addremove
Development. You can take the handoff package to your own team, or keep it as a single track here — Webflow development for marketing sites, or frontend development (Next.js) for web applications.
What if I don't like the first concepts?addremove
The process is built to catch this early: the first key sections are shown before the rest is designed, so direction is corrected on 10% of the work, not 100%. If after revisions the direction still doesn't fit, the contract can be closed at the stage boundary — you pay only for completed stages.
Do we have to change everything, or can parts stay?addremove
Parts can stay. The audit separates what works from what loses users — strong pages keep their structure and get a visual refresh, weak ones are rebuilt. You don't pay to redesign things that already perform.
Who owns the design files?addremove
You do. After the final payment, the full Figma project — sources, UI kit, style guide, and prototype — is transferred to your account, with no lock-in to future services.
