Built for a healthy food delivery service from a client-provided design — refined and finalized with a written technical specification before development began. A custom JavaScript engine calculates the user's BMI and runs a conditional-logic quiz to match them with the right meal plan.
The flow carries users seamlessly from the quiz into checkout, with pricing calculated dynamically by plan duration and delivery frequency. Zapier and REST API integrations push every profile, survey result, and order into Airtable, while ActiveCampaign triggers personalized email sequences based on BMI category and goals.
